Courtyard Property Consultants provide a new approach to selling houses. It is based on a very simple premise that by getting to know your property and your views, we can matchmake your property with a buyer. We are able to do this because we limit the number of properties in our portfolio to those we know we can sell.

Accompanied viewings

There's nothing worse for sellers or buyers than the nervous viewing. At Courtyard we show the buyers round your house; thereby avoiding all the uncomfortable situations. This way we can point out all the fabulous features of the property and the area, answer any questions and provide a relaxed environment for the buyer to enjoy your house.
